Sondheim Alumna Zainab Alkebsi Admitted to Bar of SCOTUS
Historic Swearing in Ceremony for DHHBA Lawyers
Sondheim alumna Zainab Alkebsi ’09, Political Science, was recently admitted to the Bar of the US Supreme Court. On April 19, Alkebsi and 12 other members of the Deaf and Hard of Hearing Bar Association (DHHBA) were sworn in and admitted to the Bar of the United States Supreme Court. Chief Justice John Roberts granted the motion in American Sign Language.
