Class of 2022: Rebecca (Hyunjin) Oh

Rebecca is an intelligent, kind, and generous person. She explored several career paths in healthcare during her time at UMBC, and she ultimately decided to pursue dentistry. Rebecca enjoys working with children, and she participated in service-learning working with kids through the Shriver Center all four years at UMBC. She first served with Reading Partners and later with K-5 students at a Baltimore City elementary school on a mural project. Rebecca’s generosity extended to her giving freely of her time to serve as a Sondheim peer mentor and service project leader. After graduation, Rebecca plans to work as a dental assistant and apply to dental school.
